Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The item received is incorrect or does not match its listed specifications.

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or video). Returned items must be:

  • In unused condition

  • In original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and parts

  • Authorized by our team prior to return

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or unboxed

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom orders

  • Open-box items with pre-disclosed cosmetic flaws

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be intact

  • Supporting evidence (photos/videos) must be provided

  • Exchanges are not available for open-box appliances where cosmetic issues were disclosed prior to sale

If an identical item is unavailable, a comparable alternative or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment, less applicable fees:

  • Delivery charges (non-refundable)

  • Restocking fee up to 25% may apply

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping without penalty. Once shipped or delivered, the return policy above applies.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was delivered to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
